Shipping
The risk of loss or accidental deterioration of the subject matter of the contract is transferred to the customer upon handover.
If the packaging is damaged, the customer must notify the transport company immediately.
Partial deliveries are permitted unless the customer can prove that the partial delivery is of no economic interest to him. Partial deliveries are invoiced separately and are due for payment individually. Advance payments are offset proportionally against the individual deliveries of the entire business.
The shipping costs are calculated according to the respective units of measurement of the packed pallet and will be added to the offer as an estimated value if the delivery is sent in Germany. Otherwise, all prices quoted are exclusive of delivery costs.
The shipping method is implemented with our logistics partners in consultation with the customer via express, air, land and / or sea freight. Here the cheapest and most reliable freight route chosen for the customer.
Delivery times vary greatly and can therefore not be precisely timed, unless the delivery time was explicitly guaranteed in the offer.
If the customer is determined to be insolvent, we, holdingGrips GmbH, refrain from delivery and keep the goods in stock until the customer has paid for the goods directly in advance.
Terms of payment
The customer has the option of paying for the goods ordered in advance, by credit note, PayPal, credit card or on account. HoldingGrips GmbH reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods in individual cases.
From a value of goods of € 5000.00 holdingGrips GmbH reserves the right to only deliver against an advance payment of 50 percent of the value of the goods. Only after the advance payment has been received will the order be processed further and an estimated delivery date set.
Advance payments are to be made immediately, strictly net, payments of invoices for goods below € 5000.00 are to be made immediately, or at the latest after 14 days from receipt of the delivery. Other terms of payment require a written agreement between the buyer and the seller.
If the payment deadline is exceeded, the seller is entitled to charge default interest of 8 percentage points above the current discount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank. The right to claim further damage caused by delay remains reserved.
In the event of default in payment by the buyer despite the setting of a grace period by the seller, the seller is entitled to take the object of purchase to secure his rights - even without the buyer's consent - without a withdrawal from the contract being seen here. Rather, the seller reserves the right to either the right to fulfillment or the claims from Section 326 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Furthermore, holdingGrips GmbH reserves the right to charge a fee of € 5 from the second reminder and a fee of € 10 from the third reminder, plus interest on arrears.
We charge a fee of € 2.50 per invoice for the creation of invoices, payment reminders and reminders in paper form, as well as shipping.
